Talk to usHow much does a new roof cost?
Every roof is different, so we price each one after measuring it in person. Your quote is a written, line-item price that includes tear-off, materials, disposal and cleanup, and it won't change unless you change the scope.
How long does a roof replacement take?
Most homes are finished in one to two days. Larger, steeper or metal roofs can take three to seven. You'll get a schedule with your quote, and we'll keep you posted if the weather moves it.
Will you work with my insurance company?
Yes. We document storm damage with photos, meet your adjuster on the roof, and build to the approved scope. You're only responsible for your deductible and any upgrades you choose.
Do I need to be home while you work?
No. As long as we can reach an outdoor outlet and the driveway is clear, you can go about your day. We'll send photo updates and walk the finished roof with you when you're back.
What warranty do you offer?
Every replacement includes our 10-year workmanship warranty on top of the manufacturer's material warranty. If something we installed fails, we come back and fix it at no cost to you.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. We're licensed in every city we work in and carry full liability and workers' compensation coverage. We're happy to send certificates before you sign anything.
