A 12,000 square foot TPO roof over five storefronts, replaced in phases so every tenant stayed open for business.
Years of ponding water had soaked the insulation under this aging gravel roof, and two tenants were dealing with recurring leaks over their sales floors.
What we did
- Removed the existing roof and wet insulation one section at a time
- Installed tapered insulation to carry water to the drains instead of letting it pond
- Fully adhered a 60 mil white TPO membrane with heat-welded seams
- Flashed every rooftop unit, curb and drain to manufacturer specifications

A bright white, energy-efficient roof with a 20-year manufacturer system warranty, finished without a single tenant closing for a day.
