Modern black farmhouse with a snow-covered standing seam metal roof in a winter field

The owners wanted a roof that matched the clean lines of their new build and would stand up to the heavy, wet spring snow Castle Rock is known for.

What we did

  • Formed 18-inch panels on site to run from eave to ridge with no horizontal seams
  • Used concealed fasteners and high-temperature underlayment throughout
  • Installed snow guards above the front entry, garage and back patio
  • Tied the low-slope porch into the main roof with a matching flat-lock detail

The result

A quiet, striking roof backed by a 40-year finish warranty. Snow slides cleanly into the yard and never onto the walkways.
