A June storm dropped golf ball sized hail across the neighborhood. The roof looked fine from the street, but our inspection found bruised shingles on every slope, dented roof vents and crushed gutters.

What we did

  • Photographed and marked every hail hit in a test square on each slope
  • Met the insurance adjuster on the roof and walked the damage together
  • Requested a supplement for code-required drip edge the first estimate missed
  • Replaced the roof, roof vents, gutters and downspouts

The result

The homeowners paid only their deductible and had a brand new roof three weeks after the storm.
