This 1990s ranch home still had its original roof, two leaking skylights and undersized gutters that overflowed in every summer downpour.
What we did
- Replaced the roof down to the deck with new synthetic underlayment
- Swapped two leaking skylights for new units with factory flashing kits
- Installed six-inch seamless gutters and oversized downspouts
- Added a ridge vent and baffles to keep the attic cool
